So Disappointed

For the past few weeks I’ve been busy watching the Las Vegas TV series. And today I finished watching the whole Season 1-5. Without reading some reviews or comment of this tv series I decided to watch it. And it left me so disappointed because there’s no finale. It left you hanging and wondering what happened next. I love the character of Delinda, Molly Sims acts so naturally, Josh Duhamel is a great actor!

We know Springs is coming when…….

I know that spring is coming when I see the geese migrating again. They heading up north! So that means, Spring is coming! Today after lunch, we decided to go sight seeing downtown. The weather is pretty decent to go out and do something. We were just driving along the Riverside Avenue, and Max our little doxie, start whining! He saw a flock of geese, wandering around the side of the river. It’s not just a 100 Geese, its like 300 or more. They all just wandering around the riverfront. I looked around where I can park, we all get off of the truck, Max start chasing the geese and they all starting to fly away. And this is some pictures that I took…

After spending some times on the riverfront, we started to head back home. Driving along the Riverside Avenue, I saw a big bird flying around, like half mile from where we are. So I stopped again. Parked the truck. I’m thinking that it is a bald eagle, soaring around. It’s been 2 years now since we had known that there’s a group of bald eagles in our area. And since then, we always on the lookout and unfortunately, we never spotted them. But today, all stars align and we spotted them. Its was really cool seeing the bald eagle soaring about 400 ft from we are parked.

Im thinking that these Bald Eagle is still a juvie, like 2-3 years old. So they don’t have the white head yet!

And then while watching the young bald eagle, there’s another adult eagle coming from the right, it’s kinda like I’m watching an airshow! And as you can see, the eagle from the right had a white head and white tail. I need to get a better close up pictures. But for now, I’m really happy and excited about it!

Safe Haven

An affirming and suspenseful story about a young woman’s struggle to love again, Safe Haven is based on the novel from Nicholas Sparks, the best-selling author behind the hit films The Notebook and Dear John. When a mysterious young woman arrives in a small North Carolina town, her reluctance to join the tight knit community raises questions about her past. Slowly, she begins putting down roots, and gains the courage to start a relationship with Alex, a widowed store owner with two young children. But dark secrets intrude on her new life with such terror that she is forced to rediscover the meaning of sacrifice and rely on the power of love in this deeply moving romantic thriller.

Did you watch the movie last V-Day? or this weekend? If not, it’s worth of watching. Been waiting to see this movie, and I’m so blown away. The actor Josh Duhamel, really portray the character of Alex. Even Julianne Hough! A great pair! If you read the book, like me. Both book and movie is really good! There’s some changes made, but its really a good movie.

Wasp Stung! oOOh boy it hurts!

Awwww…. If you have noticed that I’m MIA on my blog this past few days. For the reasons that I got stung by a wasp. This is my first time that I got stung, and boy it hurts. I don’t know if I’m allergy or not, but soon enough I noticed that I can’t breath. My daughter called the 911. And she helped me put some ice and alcohol. I still can’t believe it that I got stung by a wasp. They kept me for 5 days at the hospital. Just to make sure that I’m fine and the yellowjacket venom was out of my system. And thank God I’m fine now. But I just wanted to update my blog and share whats going on. Russ took a pictures of the wasp. I thought it’s a bee the first time. So looking back when it happened, I was wearing a bright orange t-shirt! So I thought maybe the wasp thought that my back is a flower! LOL…. I’ll be back to share my daily cooking and activities!

With a wonderful weather outside, I’m laying down in bed trying to get some rest. Enjoy the nice weather!
